Stackers are widely used at home and abroad due to their high operating efficiency. Stackers are generally composed of four parts: a variable amplitude mechanism, a traveling mechanism, a bucket wheel mechanism and a slewing mechanism, which can complete the dual tasks of stacking and retrieving coal. According to different usage scenarios, stackers are divided into circular stockyard mixing stackers and bucket wheel stackers. The circular stockyard mixing stacker-reclaimer is installed in a closed circular material room, and adopts a continuous herringbone stacking and comprehensive retrieving stacking and retrieving process. It is mainly used in cement, chemical, coal, thermal power and other projects. 2. Advanced manufacturing process

Manufacturing process: The scraper conveying system consists of: several hangers are hung under the bridge, and two chain guide grooves are set on the upper and lower parts of the hanger, and an anti-deflection guide groove is set in the middle of the upper part and the middle of the lower part. Two conveying chains are installed in the upper and lower left and right chain guide grooves, and a broken line scraper is set between the two chains. The head is provided with a transmission sprocket and a driving device, and the tail is provided with a tensioning sprocket and a tensioning device.

The hanger is welded by I-beam and steel plate, and the upper part is connected to the bridge by bolts. The main function of the guide groove is to support the chain, and the chain is a non-standard large pitch sleeve roller conveyor chain. The roller runs on the track equipped with wear-resistant strips in the guide groove.

The sleeve roller chain pitch is 315mm, and a scraper is installed for two pitches. The scraper spacing is 500mm. The scraper is in a broken line shape. The flange on the scraper and the chain side ear are fixed with bolts. The main bolt of the scraper is a steel plate structure composed of Q235-A steel plate.
The driving part consists of a three-phase asynchronous motor, a hydraulic coupling, and a reducer. The scraper system drive is a chain transmission mechanism. The driving device is located at the head. Two driving sprockets are installed on the sprocket shaft to drive the chain to achieve the operation of the scraper.

The tail tensioning part adopts a composite spring buffer tensioning form, which includes a tail sprocket, a sprocket shaft, a tensioning bearing seat with a sliding track, a tensioning screw and a composite buffer spring. The tensioning of the chain is completed by adjusting the nut on the screw. The role of the buffer spring is that due to the small number of sprocket teeth and large pitch, the chain will produce periodic changes in the center distance of the sprocket when rotating, that is, pulse vibration occurs. The buffer spring can reduce this vibration and improve the stability of the chain movement.
